Shopping Problems

When you have decided what items you would like to purchase, you add any item that you choose to your cart by clicking the "add to cart" button to the right of the item. You will be directed to the shopping cart page to review your selection. If you'd like to select additional items, click the "Continue shopping " button under the total. Repeat this until your are satisfied with your selections, then click any "check out" button.

Methods of Payment

At Poetology.com, we give you the option of paying with any major credit card, check or money order. You can click on your choice of payment on the shopping cart page.

For credit card purchases we now accept PayPal for online payment. PayPal is an easy alternative to checks and money orders and is a secure and convenient way to send payments online. Paypal is designed for use with browsers with 128-bit encryption to ensure security and safety while completing your purchase. To use this service you are required to sign up on their system. The sign up procedure is simple and requires only a Valid email address, Street Address, and Credit Card.

After clicking "Pay with Credit Card", you will be transferred to the PayPal entry page. If you already have a PayPal account, please enter your email address and password here. If there is an email address already displayed, but it is not yours click "If you have never paid with PayPal". If you need to signup for PayPay, enter your Name, Credit Card number, Email and Billing Address and the password of your choice. At the bottom of this page, type the word that appears in the encryption square. Click "Continue" to enter your shipping address and complete this purchase.

Purchase Completion and Confirmation

At the end of each transaction, Paypal displays a confirmation screen. If you do not see this screen, your order is not conplete. Please confirm that you have provided a valid email address, mailing address and credit card. After you have successfully completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Poetology detailing your order and Paypal detailing your transaction. If you do not receive these emails, your order was not completed.
